For more information, to book or to discuss your individual requirements please email us on: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What days and times are you available to hire?
We are available from 5pm Monday to Saturday and from 4pm on Sundays. Please note that if you would like to decorate you may wish to build this time in before your guests arrive.
How much does it cost to hire the Mill Kitchen?
For a shorter early evening hire (from 4/5pm), the fee is £50 for the first hour, then £30 for each additional hour.
For a full evening (from 6pm-11pm) our hire fee is £150.
Both of these options include two members of staff to run a bar and serve hot drinks as required.
What sort of catering can you provide?
We can provide a finger food buffet at £5 per head, or full meal buffet (including finger food, stews, curries, and other serve-yourself hot dishes, and desert) for £17.50 per head or a three-course sit-down meal for £25 per head (for the second two options the hire fee is waived, assuming a minimum of 25 people). A sample menu for each follows. We also have a catering menu available to download from our website: www.millkitchen.co.uk. And remember: we love food and would be happy to put together your own personal menu reflecting your tastes and budget!

What about drinks?
We are licensed and can provide a staffed bar to serve a range of beer and wine. You are also welcome to bring your own wine for £5 corkage per bottle. For larger parties we can arrange a 36 pint box of beer from Saltaire brewery so guests can serve themselves. We stock a range of red, white and sparkling wines as well as soft drinks, tea and coffee.
Can we play music?
You can bring your own playlist and connect to our speakers. We have had a range of musical parties from karaoke to a jazz band, so feel free to be creative!
What if we want to stay up late?
Our licence runs until 11pm, at which point we would need to stop serving alcohol (we are also required to turn down music to an ambient level at 10.30pm). We would ask that you try to depart the building by 11.30pm. We also ask that you be considerate of our neighbours when you leave.
What is your capacity?
We have 50 seats and a maximum capacity of 70 if standing.
How do I pay?
You can pay in person on the evening of your event or we can send you an invoice for a bank transfer.
